As with any parts for a 2011, there is typically some fitting required. With grip fitment, you do not need to file anything off the frame — all material that needs to be removed for a proper fit should come from the grip itself.
The majority of material removal will likely be on the metal pieces that contain the main screw holes. There may also be some material that needs to be removed on the sides of the grip above the trigger guard, where it fits into the frame cut leading up to the trigger guard screw.
A good general rule when fitting any parts is to always remove material from the less expensive piece. Wherever contact is being made between the two parts is where material needs to be shaved down. Most people use Dykem Blue, a fluid coating that scratches away easily to reveal exactly where contact is occurring, making it much easier to identify the high spots.
Keep in mind that each grip and frame will fit a little differently depending on the manufacturer. If you have a local gunsmith, they may be willing to fit the grip to the frame for you. There are also some YouTube videos that serve as a general guide showing where material typically needs to be removed.
