All comps now come standard bored for 9mm.
We recommend installation by a competent gunsmith who should also confirm the bore diameter to make sure there is no contact between the bullet and the compensator.
Machined from: Heat-Treated Stress-Proof Carbon Steel
Hybrid: For use with hybrid or bull barrels that are threaded 1/2" beyond the slide.
Thread-Pitch: .11/16" or .687 x 40
For our CNC comps, we start with a pre-hardened stress-proof comp blank. Using a carbide ball endmill, we machine the various port configurations into the comp. CNC comp back ports are at a 10 degree angle to control muzzle flip. Side ports make the gun feel plusher and track straighter for improved control while firing.
Cone: For use on standard length barrels. They also require a reverse plug because there is no bushing to hold the recoil spring. When installed, comps should be align-reamed with the barrel bore.
Hybrid: For use with hybrid or bull barrels that are threaded 1/2" beyond the slide. They also require a reverse plug because there is no bushing to hold the recoil spring.
Bushing: For use with a longer barrel that's been threaded 1/2" beyond the bushing.
We recommend installation by a competent gunsmith.
