Handy, Handy
I use this case for a 1911 22 to shoot Steel Challenge. Four mag sleeves will hold the mags and the pouch on the other side easily fits enough 22 ammo for the match. Great case for what I need.
Nice Case for an Open Gun
This is an excellent case for carrying my open gun to and from the safe table at matches. Zips up easily even with the slide racker installed. The rear pockets will not close on a 140mm STI mag however. They might fit CZ style mags; not sure.
Agree with Rob - mag pouch flaps are a deal killer
This is a great sleeve, but the mag pouch flaps need to be MUCH longer. They will not cover 140mm STI mags with normal base plates. I'm sure they are complete non-starters for open class shooters with 170mm mags. Why market this for race guns if it will not accommodate race gun mags?
