USPSA shooter
The techwell fit my CMMG MK9 lower perfectly and is snug enough the it does not move even without the set screws.
Spikes spider
Its pretty expensive for just a piece of polymer, but it's the only one I found for my application...I put it on a colt pattern spikes lower. Fit is perfect and it works great.
