Good sight!
I bought this sight primarily because the stock sight that comes on the Shield is nearly impossible to use for the one handed charging technique that is taught in various shooting programs. The under cut front edge of this sight makes the exercise simple. And does not have a sharp edge to cause wear or injury. I might like a version with white dots to match the Shield front sight but it's not a major issue. Lastly, the stock sight is VERY firmly set in place. If you aren't comfortable applying force to remove it, or don''t have tools for the task, have a gunsmith do the job.
