Dawson 1911 Extraction Removal Tool
It works. Follow instructions, and use a proper slotted 1/8 Craftsman screwdriver. I used it on a tight 9mm 1911 Rock Island Extractor. For extra protection you can wrap a bit of masking tap on the screwdriver.
