Just the right amount of retention, without any risk of dropping the gun. Well made and fits the XDM perfectly. A nice solid and audible "click" when it drops all the way into the holster. Also lots of adjustability.

Great, simple holster. Comes with a few mounting options. I'd recommend cutting the "ear" tabs off of the belt attachment if you're using it on a competition belt so you get better inner to outer belt connection since you won't need the additional support they provide.
